Analysis On Financing Problems Of China State-owned Enterprise

State-owned enterprise of china plays an important role in the market economicactivities, considering whose good operation is not only the need of self-development,but also related to the stable movement of the national economy. Along with thestate-owned enterprise reform is deepened stage by stage, the financing problem hasattracted the concern of theoretical research. This paper will be a combination oftheoretical research and actual situation of state-owned enterprise of our country,focusing on the state-owned enterprise financing problem analysis.The text is divided into five parts, the first introduces the related theory of capitalstructure and lays a theoretical foundation for the next. Then, analysis go to ourcountry state-owned enterprise financing process, summarizing the characteristics andproblems which are found. The forth part from the perspective of financing mode,containing the reality of our country analyses the problems. Finally, gives the reformsuggestion.
