Study On Management Model Of Development Zone-Xi’an Aviation Industrial Base Based

As the earliest National economic development zone aiming to aviation industry,Xi’an Aviation Industrial Base has done a lot in the industrial chain improvement,new material development,infrastructure building,government service providing.With the rapid economic development of Xi’an Aviation Industrial Base,the enterprises and the public have more requirements about the environment of the area,and the government service capability.Combining the new public service theory and the existing management model Xi’an Aviation Industrial Base has created a more reasonable management model to improve the capability and the efficiency of service providing,and to provide a model for other development zones to learn from.First of all,based on the new public service theory this thesis analyzed the content of management model of development zones and the model of domestic and foreign development zones.Secondly,this thesis describes the existing management model of Xi’an Aviation Industrial Base and analyzed the advantage,disadvantage,opportunity and challenge of the management model by means of SWOT analysis method.After analyzing the models of domestic and foreign development zones and the experiences for Xi’an Aviation Industrial Base,the management model that Xi’an Aviation Industrial Base should select and the proposals related to service model,market-orient,learning model,and legal government have been put forward to provide Xi’an Aviation Industrial Base with a new idea.in the innovation of new management model.
