Building and perfecting internal control is an important symbol of modern enterprise management system,an indispensable important segment in modern enterprise management and is an important measure in prevention and control risk and security assets,strengthening management and improving performance,improving management and increasing economic benefits in enterprise.However how to establish and perfect the system of perfect enterprise internal control institution according to the actual circumstances of the enterprise is a difficult problem that our country numerous small and medium-sized enterprises facing and hot research topic.This paper adopts literature review method,normative research method,empirical research method,inductive method,deductive reasoning method,and statistical analysis,and has carried on the thorough analysis mainly on the present situation of internal control and existing problems of Xinjiang Tianmu Agricultural Investment Company Limited by taking Xinjiang Tianmu Agricultural Investment Company Limited as a case.On this basis,the paper puts forward some concrete suggestions on how to further improve the internal control system of Xinjiang Tianmu Agricultural Investment Company Limited.This paper shows that Xinjiang Tianmu Agricultural Investment Company Limited exists poor internal control environment,weak risk management consciousness,imperfect information communication system,and unsound internal supervision system for the moment.Therefore,this company needs to further strengthen the construction of internal control system of the company from internal environment and risk assessment system,information communication and delivery system,supervision and evaluation system,and internal financial audit system aspects,and take effective measures to promote the implementation of the internal control system.At the same time,in order to ensure the effective establishment and implementation of the internal control system of the company,the company needs to continue to build the measure of safeguards of company’s internal control system from the angle of improving the corporate governance structure,the ownership structure of the company,the structure of the top management department,enhancing the awareness of internal control of all employees.
