In recent years, with the rapid development of information technology and e-commerce, the scale and form of mobility on cross-border of the goods, services,ingredients of production and information within the world was increasing. This produced a huge demand to express service and promoted China's express delivery industry development, which made it become one of the fastest and the most concerning industry.Where there is a market, there is competition. Because market competition is too fierce, the express industry restructuring is imperative.This dissertation took SE company as an example, clarified and analyzed the express industry strategic transformation through literature analysis, normative theoretical analysis and survey research. A lot of books on corporate strategic management were read, and a large number of related newspapers, magazines, news, reviews, reports on the express industry strategic transformation were collected. Then the author introduced development status and transition period of express delivery industry, SE company's introduction of the development history / main business profile / bottlenecks and challenges of development experience; Applied to strategic analysis tools such as PEST, five forces, SWOT and so on, it analyzed the necessity/goal/ of strategic transformation of SE company / the path and countermeasures of realizing strategic transformation / the risk and countermeasures of SE strategic transformation.In order to provide customers with diversified services, SE is fully into online shopping, payment, Internet, three major areas of finance, to achieve logistics,information flow, capital flow third-rate to one, from traditional B2 B to B2 C and complete supply chain strategy transformation. This paper summarized the key factors and its significance to achieve a strategic transformation, as well as bringing enlightenment to the domestic express companies.
