Based On The Energy Consumption Of Low Carbon Economy Development Of Henan Province

At present,China is the largest developing country in the world.In order to achieve a low carbon economy,how to solve the problem of energy and environment is essential to change the situation of China's economic development.What's more,Henan province is not only a large province of population and energy consumption,but also an important strategic area in the Central Plains Economic Zone.This determines that Henan province is facing a more severe energy demand situation and challenge in the process of low-carbon economy development than other provinces in China.Therefore,this paper to energy consumption as the focus,to economics and management learn and sustainable development theory,external theory and Environmental Kuznets theory etc.subject principle as the foundation,Based on China's national conditions and the situation of Henan province,what's more,based on energy consumption analysis,and the relationship between energy consumption,carbon emissions and economic growth is studied,and the policy suggestions for the development of low carbon economy in Henan province are put forward.Generally speaking,it mainly has the following three aspects of the important content:First,Through the analysis of the current situation of energy consumption,carbon emissions and economic growth in Henan province,however,the present situation is not ideal.On this basis,it reveals the problems of the low carbon economy development and the great pressure.Second,Based on the theory of energy,economy and environment(3E),using VAR model,select the data from 1984 to 2013 years,and analyzing the relationship between economic growth and energy consumption,carbon emissions in Henan province.Through the Henan province energy and environmental Kuznets curve hypothesis verification,the relationship between economic growth and carbon emissions and energy consumption in Henan province is obtained,and then analyzing the influence factors among the three.Third,The development of low carbon economy in Henan province should fully grasp the following points:Optimize energy and industrial structure;The establishmentof carbon market trading mechanism,strengthen cooperation between cities and counties;To strengthen the government's environmental supervision,and promote the production and consumption of low-carbon civilization;Promote innovation of related systems and realize the development of low carbon economy.
