Research On L Company’s Production Management System Innovation

Manufacturing industry is the pillar industry of a country,the degree of advanced manufacturing is also an important index to measure a country’s economic development.With 4.0 German industry,the remanufacturing strategy is put forward,at the same time,along with the disappearance of the demographic dividend in China as well as the traditional manufacturing enterprise with high energy-consuming problems such as pollution,China’s traditional manufacturing enterprises is gradually losing its competitive advantage.In the face of the impact of these circumstances,the Chinese government also put forward the "made in China 2025" comprehensively promote the implementation of manufacturing strategy,reforming the supply side.At present,China’s manufacturing enterprises are faced with internal rising production costs and waste of resources and advanced manufacturing technology in developed countries brought about by the market competition,many manufacturing enterprises continually seek transformation in dilemma,breakthrough and industrial upgrading.So smart in China under the background of the traditional manufacturing enterprises want to escape,tend to increase the value of their own in the industrial chain,will need to be combined with the current actual situation to deepen reform,constantly innovate to foothold in the fierce competition,to improve its competitiveness.L company is a domestic sales and exports of traditional manufacturing enterprises,as a line production personnel in recent years more and more difficult to recruit,energy-intensive,labor-intensive enterprises such as L company’s rising production costs,and manufacturing firms are facing foreign counterparts of the technology and equipment advantages brought about by the market competition pressure,L company’s survival more difficult,this paper mainly analyze the L company’s current production management system and innovation.For L company use existing in the production and management of labor intensive,recruitment difficulties,production cost increasing,enterprise problems such as wasting resources,under the background of "Chinese wisdom",through innovation and improve the company the production management system,suitable for L begin from L company production management present situation analysis,to L company production management external automation equipment upgrade,to L company internal production management system by using the theory of market chain and rotation of resource integration and optimize the company’s production efficiency was improved,so as to make the L labor reduce reduced the production cost,and shorten the production cycle,reduce staff turnover rate and waste of resources.
