| Since the beginning of the 1990 s,China’s real estate industry has rapidly developed and gradually matured.And with the deepening of economic system reform and support of relevant national policies,the real estate industry has become an important pillar industry for the Chinese economy.At the same time,as the real-estate market competition is more intense,and the government has implemented policies to keep real-estate prices from rising too sharply,profit space is being dramatically squeezed,and the early corporate internal management problems become fatal factors restricting the further development of the enterprise.Under this background,the effective and comprehensive budget management system will be the key step in the fierce competition of the enterprise.Comprehensive budget management,which is developed from the financial budget and cost control in the beginning to the integrated management mechanism of plan,control,motivation,evaluation,can effectively integrate resources,and enhance the core competitiveness of enterprises.However,it may be a difficulty for the enterprise to construct a comprehensive budget management system which is fit for the enterprise’s application.First this paper analyzes the feasibility and necessity of the comprehensive budget management for real estate enterprises,by introducing the domestic and foreign research of comprehensive budget management system.And then followed by an analysis of present situation in ZX real estate Company’s management and the case of the IT construction of ERP system,the paper try to explore an effective implementation of the comprehensive budget management based on the information system,which will be gradually optimized and improved by the subsequent evaluation and research.With the combination of theory and practical application,this paper is seeking a suitable comprehensive budget management based on information system for real estate enterprise,so as to help enterprises achieve the delicacy management and reach the strategic goal,and to provide useful reference for real estate enterprises intending to implement comprehensive budget management project. |
