The Analysis Of Policy Design Of The Belt And Road Initiative

In September 2013,to jiontly build “The new silk road and economic zone” was firstly proposed by President Xi during his visit to The Republic of Kazakhstan.In October the same year,during his visit to ASEAN,to jointly build “21st-Century Maritime Silk Road” with ASEAN was proposed by him in the congress speech in Republic Indonesia.Then,"To advance the construction of ‘The new silk road and economic zone' and ‘Maritime Silk Road',to form a new pattern of allround opening new " was wrote “Decision of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China on Some Major Issues Concerning Comprehensively Deepening the Reform ”.At this point,“The new silk road and economic zone” and“21st-Century Maritime Silk Road” was officially upgraded to national top-level design,also known as “the Belt and Road Initiative”.It not only conforms to the current international situation and the change of international pattern,at the same time,also is the choice of times to solve the problem of the development of the national stage in the period of social transformation in our country.The purpose of this paper is analyze the policy design of “the Belt and Road Initiative” from the perspective of preface-structure on the basis of fully analyzing its connotation and significance,From the perspective of China the paper compares “the Belt and Road Initiative” with The Silk Road vertically and with TPP horizontally;also analyze Along the country's politics,economic,culture and the facing present situation,including the game of the United States,Russia,India and so on,multilateral cooperation relations,the district's role in the development.Moreover the paper introduce the sociological theory – “ preface-structure ”,to tease and analyze the data of the preface of industry promotion with spatial arrangement of our country at present in “the Belt and Road Initiative”,also analyze coordinated development of regions during our country's transformation periodwill under the background of “the Belt and Road Initiative”.To clarify its potentially profound influence on our country's politics,economic,culture,national image and facing problems,and try to put forward some suggestions.
