In the context of economic growth downward pressure increases,consumption as a driving force to promote economic growth,is the province's future economic development potential.As Marx said: "the production of consumption","no consumption,there is no production".In the process of social reproduction,expanding domestic demand,the establishment of long-term mechanism to improve the consumption of residents,and gradually form a new pattern of economic growth has become very urgent.And by understanding the changing trend of consumption structure and the law of development,focus and development direction can grasp the consumer demand,can provide a good space for consumer consumption,and guide consumers to rational consumption,promote the stable and healthy development of the national economy.Because of the income of rural residents consumption structure is the main influence to net income and income gap,based on the related research scholars at home and abroad,with the support of Henan Province,the rural residents' income and consumption structure as the starting point,discussed the influence of the net income of rural residents in Henan Province and the level of income gap on consumption the structure of the.The writing ideas of this paper are as follows: first of all,the paper summarizes the research results of the related scholars and summarizes the theoretical research on the consumption and income of the western economic scholars.Next,the article defines the concept of income and consumption structure,and makes a descriptive analysis of the changes in the income and consumption structure of rural residents in Henan province.A further study found that,in the case of other conditions unchanged,the living consumption expenditure of rural residents per capita net income of rural residents with increased,and the consumption structure of rural residents in Henan province is gradually from the mode of consumption structure of fundamental mode to the consumption structure of non basic transformation.Secondly,the influence of different income level of rural residents on consumption structure shows that independent rural residents' consumption ability in increasing overall,rural residents' marginal propensity to consume in line with Keynes' s "law of diminishing marginal propensity to consume,and the rural market consumption potential,but different income households consumption ability" short board effect ",especially for low income households,the life in the state of distress,they will finance subsidies depends heavily on government borrowing or to maintain basic life,and also in rural areas of Henan province coincide with the actual situation.Finally,considering the Henan province by the two urban and rural economic structure,urban and rural development policy and other related factors of non balanced economic impact,the existence of urban and rural residents income level in the gap also caused the differences in consumption structure.In order to further narrow the income gap between urban and rural residents,so as to improve and improve the consumption structure of rural residents,and thus the impact of the income gap between urban and rural residents on consumption structure were quantified and compared.The income gap between urban and rural residents of consumption structure and found that the income of rural residents is limited,which led to the upgrading of consumption lagged behind urban residents,expanding the income gap between urban and rural residents also penetrated into the consumption behavior of rural residents,and rural residents' marginal propensity to consume is greater than the marginal propensity.Compared with urban residents,rural residents change on income levels are high sensitivity,but the income elasticity of demand for all kinds of consumer goods in rural residents than urban residents,the basic situation of rural residents is still at a low level of consumption.At the end of this paper,the paper puts forward the policy recommendations based on the empirical research conclusions.
