Abstract/Summary:
Mass customization set of enterprise, customers, suppliers, employees and the environment in one. Under the guidance systems thinking, with overall optimization point of view, enterprises make full use of existing resources. In support of standard technology, modern design methods, information technology and advanced manufacturing technologies, according to the customers individual needs, with mass production s low cost, high quality and high efficiency to provide customized products and services. Mass customization furniture has larger scale, high level of production technology, mature software technology, but there is much negative information from consumer. Research on mass customization furniture consumers needs and response is still not complete; this paper focuses on it, and intends to make a breakthrough.Research methods used are: use research literature to understand the current situation and development trend. Learning relevant academic model and mass customization furniture consumers needs and response model. Interviews experts to understand the importance of consumer demand; gray correlation method to calculate the interviews, obtained demand weights; make questionnaires to get consumer features, knowledge of furniture, as well as the buying experience; using mathematical methods to analysis questionnaire date; node method analysis consumers experience and the demand for services among the whole process of mass customization furniture purchase.In this paper, we learn Vanke mi apartment and Shang pin zhai pei two cases get a more reasonable way to respond to consumer demand.The main results of this study are: 1. Conduct research to consumers who have purchased the mass customization furniture. Get their Cultural characteristics, economic characteristics,psychological characteristics, social characteristics and market characteristics. 2. Research consumer satisfaction, get the factors of satisfaction and dissatisfaction, guide subsequent research. 3. This paper based on Kano model and Maslow s model, analysis mass customization furniture consumer demand, and draw consumer demand model.4. Mass customization furniture consumer demand includes product demands and service demands, this paper analyses and response them respectively. 5. Based on the questionnaire survey and the opinions of experts, Analyze the home scene and get consumer demand for products, The demand for consumer products grouped into nine categories, namely: ergonomic needs, furniture configuration needs, beautiful furniture demand, custom demand, product quality demand,security needs, psychological needs, product price needs, space needs. The establishment of a large-scale model of consumer demand for custom furniture products. Establish a large-scale model of consumer demand for custom furniture products. 6. First presents and analyzes mass customization furniture consumer demand for services with the node method.
