The Study On The Development Strategy Of Liaoneng Wind Power Co.,Ltd

As the global economy is developing at a very high speed,energy demand was increasing rapidly,energy demand is growing fast and the pollution problem has aroused the attention to the development of renewable energy.As a new type of renewable energy,wind power is paid more and more attention and became the inevitable choice of developing the national's renewable energy.Liaoneng Wind Power Co.,Ltd was founded just three yeas ago.The company has just begun,and not yet formed a set of long-term planning for the development of the strategic direction.The main purpose of this article by using the domestic and international development research wind power industry,propose the development of strategies and development strategy,hope to offer a theoretical basis for the development of the company.Firstly,I did research of development of wind power development and introduction of the experience of electricity and strategic management of the relevant concepts and provide the theoretical foundation for the whole article.Secondly,analyzed the company's developing environment and situation,and found the opportunities,weaknesses,strengths and threats of the company and offered a theoretical basis for the development of the company.Thirdly,using SWOT analysis model to find the problems of the company's development and suggest the company's strategic objectives and measures.Lastly,I give the practical implementation methods of industry planning,management model,capital operation,management of human resourse,which will be of great use.
