In order to expand the market share, in the fierce competition in the market come to the fore, a number of domestic and international software development companies began to change the development strategy, starting from the market customer satisfaction, adjust the internal value chain, enhance core competitiveness, seize market opportunities. All of the business lines of business are to obtain greater benefits arising from. Therefore, the software development market, consumers of the company's operating scale and economic benefits are made higher than ever before. It can be said that the current situation facing the enterprise is grim, the relationship between software development companies and consumers to build the task is unprecedented harsh. Customer satisfaction reflects a customer's psychological state, which comes from the customer's consumption of certain products and services business generated by the feelings and their own expectations for comparison.Therefore, this paper attempts to study the last five years, SAP business data, market customers each sub-sector to survey and analyze changes in the current market environment and the company's operations and customer satisfaction. The analysis revealed:Some old customers SAP China's satisfaction is declining, which to some extent affected the confidence of SAP's new customers. Thus affecting the SAP strategy in China's rapid development. So how to improve the future development of SAP customers'satisfaction will be the company plays a vital role. This paper will conduct customer satisfaction research, mainly carried out by continuous quantitative research, to obtain evaluation services consumer satisfaction and recommendation rate and other indicators, and to identify the core issues of internal and external customers, to find more effective and more efficient ways to achieve maximum value.First elaborated and improve customer satisfaction research theories, including the theory of competition, the basic theory of marketing management and customer satisfaction; then, relieve their hunger marketing SAP's current status, from the competition to see the company's industry, the company's overall operational analysis company situation, obtained by questionnaire survey current market overall evaluation of customer satisfaction and customer satisfaction to analyze the situation; furthermore, according to SAP's field research and market surveys, analysis of the main factors affecting customer satisfaction, SAP China proposed improve customer satisfaction policy. On the basis of a clear direction for future research, customer engagement marketing variables to achieve the interests of customers and win-win business with the goal to provide adequate research support.
