| Study of the relocation project in VWPT auto parts company VWPTLT1 production line based on this paper, according to the problems encountered currently during the management process of equipment relocation, especially the progress of relocation, combined with theory analysis, in order to propose solutions, and further optimize the scheme. Committed to enhance the ability of equipment relocation management and improve the relocation efficiency.This paper firstly elaborates the theory of management of project schedule and then the background and characteristics of VWPT LT1 project; It introduces the general process and methods of schedule management by means of VWPT LT1 project. The paper applys WBS to the main work content of this project and discusses the project schedule plan, process and method. Finally, it works out the schedule control method for each stage of VWPT LT1 project based on the reform of project schedule management. It can not only speed up the process, but also save costs for the project by means of cost estimation, process constraint factor analysis, etc., Many theories and methods like WBS(Work Breakdown Structure) and network graph which are commonly used in the schedule management are well applied in the course of the study.Through the analysis of the above content, main factors restricting the relocation project VWPT LT1 and the solution and measures are summed up. At the same time, business workflow and current management methods are modified, also final results are evaluated for relocation.At the end of this paper, it also summarizes experiences and do self-criticism based on actual implementation of the whole process management of VWPT LT1 project. Hope the study results will have certain reference function for the schedule management of equipment relocation project. Because of the high requirements for project schedule and quality of equipment relocation project, which is also the key point of all equipment relocation projects, it has some reference value. |
