Innovation is the cornerstone of the continuous progress of human civilization,telephone,semiconductor,Internet,computers,automobiles,aircraft are the major innovations in the process of changing human civilization.Leading innovative companies,is often leading the world's enterprises.Therefore,innovation is the survival and development of the soul,is the enterprise to win the core competitiveness and the ability to form an important guarantee for sustainable development.If enterprises want to seek breakthrough and innovation,in the final analysis,or to implement the individual employees in the enterprise,from the enterprise of individual innovation behavior that employees of innovative behavior perspective.The characteristics and styles of leaders are the important components of leadership theory.The quality and characteristics of leaders have an effect on the employees in the organization,and thus affect the innovation behavior of employees.Empowering leadership behavior is an important way to motivate the leadership behavior that affects employee behavior and attitudes,and the effectiveness of organizational performance improvement has been proved by extensive research.At the same time,psychological capital,which is as important as human capital,is a kind of psychological state that can be intervened and managed.When studying the influence mechanism of leadership style on employee's innovation behavior,we can reveal the influence of staff on leadership style through psychological angle.Reaction,can make the decision-makers more clearly understand the psychological capital of employees for enterprises to gain a competitive advantage importance.Second,the organizational commitment can be understood as employee loyalty to the organization,corporate managers will naturally affect the leadership style of employee loyalty,organizational commitment to high staff will work in the show more creativity and then produce innovative results.Therefore,according to the above background,this study attempts to explore the relationship between the empowering leadership and employee's innovation behavior and its internal influence mechanism.On the basis of reviewing a great deal of documents,the author tries to construct the research model of this paper and puts forward nine research hypotheses.Then the related variables were measured and the data statistical analysis method was studied.After doing the above basic preparation work,the small-scale selection of various types of enterprise employees as a sample,conducted a pre-research,after the deletion of the questionnaire prepared a formal questionnaire.Based on the questionnaire data of formal research,this paper analyzes the influence of empowering leadership on employees' innovation behavior,psychological capital and organizational commitment,respectively,between the empowering leadership and employee's innovation behavior,and the relationship between psychological capital and authoritative leadership Partial Mediating Effects between Organizational Commitments.Through the use of statistical software spss21.0 and amos21.0 on the recovery of 256 questionnaires data reliability analysis,validity analysis,analysis of variance,correlation analysis,confirmatory factor analysis,and the model of this study were structural equation model Testing and mediation effect of the test.Finally,the model and hypothesis of this study are verified.The concrete conclusions are as follows:(1)The reliability and validity analysis of the authoritative leadership,employee innovation behavior,psychological capital and organizational commitment questionnaire showed that the questionnaire used in this study had good internal consistency,content validity,construct validity and discriminant validity,Met the requirements of psychometrics.(2)Empowering leadership has a significant positive impact on employees 'innovation behavior;Authorized leaders have a significant positive impact on employees' organizational commitment;Authorized leaders have significant positive effects on employee's psychological capital;The employee's organizational commitment has a significant positive impact on the employee's innovation behavior;the employee's psychological capital has a significant positive impact on employee organizational commitment.(3)Organizational commitment,psychological capital in the leadership of leadership and employee innovation behavior between the full mediation role,that is authorized by the leadership of organizational commitment to employees and psychological capital to affect employee innovation behavior;psychological capital in the empowering leadership and organizational commitment play a part of the intermediary role,that is,employees are part of the perceived by the empowering leadership behavior,and then internalize the formation of personal psychological capital of employees,thereby affecting the organizational commitment of employees.At the same time,this study also provides some inspiration for enterprise management practice: managers should take the initiative to empower employees,pay attention to the psychological state of employees,pay attention to enhance the psychological empowerment of employees.
