Since the beginning of the reform and opening in 1978,hotel industry in China is developing rapidly and the degree of competition in the industry are also rising.Problems begin to emerge,for example,human resource management has risen to about the importance of enterprise survival and development.In this regard,a lot of hotel staff turnover is high and rising,Which has become a major problem restricting the development of a hotel.This has been becoming the restriction enterprise sustained,rapid and sound development of important bottleneck and constraint factor.Hotel industry is one of the traditional labor-intensive industries.with the development of the times and the improvement of employees' knowledge level and ability to work,more and more staff begin to pay more attention to their own professional growth and future development space.And they have strong achievement motivation,hoping to be able to obtain rapid career growth and satisfying career accomplishments.In reality,people change jobs frequently and try all kinds of work to obtain professional growth and further development.Despite research about departure is more,dedicated to investigate the relationship between the employee career growth condition and its departure,turnover problems research based on professional growth and employee is not much.Its theoretical level is high,but application level is less.Besides,application research is also analysed more from professional perspective of a single type to the core of the knowledge staff or employees as the research object lacking deep analysis of the employee according to the position classification.So,the corresponding research conclusions and counter measures obviously lack universality.And reference value is also insufficient.The research takes labor-intensive international HS hotel as the research object,combined with the professional growth perspective to carry out system research the problems of the high employee turnover in the hospitality industry.The research adheres to the theory combined with practice combining qualitative analysis with quantitative analysis,based on the literature research,field investigation,questionnaire survey method.It carries on the analysis about the present situation of the hotel's departure and analyzes the reason for leaving the company employees,as well as to the adverse impact of the HS hotel.Based on professional growth perspective,the researchputs forward the general train of thought to solve the problems.Besides,the management positions,a line operation jobs,internship positions are classified and analyzed.And it put forward to practical operating methods and solutions to solve this three kinds of hotel post's departure.Above all,the research results provide the relevant units of similar background and industry counter measure and relevant reference to solve the problem of departure.
