Fairness is one of the biggest concerns of the social problems in contemporary China.Fairness is the basic appeal of the people.Sense of fairness is one's sense and experience of fairness that affects their mind and behavior.Youth is the most vigorous and sensitive group and their sense of fairness reflects sense of fairness of our society.So it has theoretical and practical significance to take a research on selected specific youth group.New recruits in state-owned enterprises should satisfy with fairness compared to other youth groups.Datang Telecom Technology Co is a representative state-owned enterprises,it could be selected to be a field of study of sense of fairness of new recruits in state-owned enterprises.This article use qualitative research method to observe and interview fifteen new recruits of Datang Telecom Technology Co.Category analysis used to analyze collected data and generalize process of sense of fairness of new recruits in state-owned enterprises.This article has three main findings: Firstly,process of sense of fairness of new recruits in state-owned enterprises shows periodic characteristic,which mainly including hazy stage,construction stage,adaptation stage and stabilizing stage.New recruits in state-owned enterprises are focus on familiar with the environment and don't pay attention to fairness in hazy stage.New recruits experienced contacting to events related to fairness,comparing to their expectations,producing sense of fairness in construction stage.New recruits experienced paying attention to fairness,taking coping strategy on fairness problems,adapting current state in adaptation stage.Finally,new recruits get into stabilizing stage of sense of fairness.They have general judgment of fairness and stable standards of judging fairness in this stage.New recruits standards of judging fairness change from relying on their expectations into stable standards.Contents of sense of fairness of new recruits in state-owned enterprises goes from the simple to the complex in the process of sense of fairness.Secondly,sense of fairness of new recruits in state-owned enterprises will directly affect their cognition and work.Besides,it will influence competitiveness and stability of the employees of enterprise by transmit of new recruits.Finally,sense of fairness of new recruits in state-owned enterprises are mainly affected by character of new recruits and enterprise environment which include system and public opinion.This article suggests state-owned enterprises take measures to interpose their new recruits sense of fairness in the hazy stage and construction stage in order to improve their sense of fairness.The manager of state-owned enterprises can take measures like tutorship of fairness,helping new recruits to know enterprises environment,unblocking rights protection mechanism of employees,constructing supervisor-subordinate communication mechanism,perfecting information disclosure system to improve their employees sense of fairness.Meanwhile,this article suggests new recruits themselves can take measures like reasonably selecting comparison object,improving personal quality,forwardly communicating with superior,improving personal protection ability to improve their sense of fairness.
