The research surveys employee from 15 state-owned enterprise, analysing questionnaire, Verifying employees in state-owned enterprises manifests that the different groups of employees (differed in gender, age, working age in enterprises and educational background) vary in evaluation of fairness of remuneration distribution results (external fairness, internal fairness and self-fairness). And Empirical research on the relation between fairness sense of pay from state-owned enterprises and pay pattern, we find the pay pattern which employee think fair.
