With the material life is guaranteed and people pay more and more attention to spiritual life, leisure tourism has arisen. And tourism is rising as local governments attach importance to ecological construction in economic transition period. With the accelerating urbanization process, people more and more yearn for a rural quiet, honest and harmonious way of life. Rural tourism has gradually become one of the main tourism. Rural tourism not only gives the tourist activities rich content and expands the tourism carrying capacity, also drives the agricultural industrial structure adjustment, make the farmers' income to get rich, promote rural economic and social development. Rural B&B hotel as an important carrier of rural tourism, it has a huge impact on the entire rural tourism. This article attempts from the development of B& B hotel industry and development strategy, to better promote this tourism and adjust and optimize the industrial structure of Datian in the economic transition pains. According to the 2016 local agricultural bureau statistics, Datian county rural population has more than 300 thousand. The per capita low income of rural population will block Datian completing the process of building a moderately well-off society in all aspects. So we should actively explore new methods, new ideas and new directions for the development of rural economy in our county and speed up the adjustment of the overall direction and pace of rural economic development. Rural B&B hotel in Datian started late, and it still stays on the basis of peasant-household tourism, currently most rural areas have no the true sense of home stay facility. How to make good use of opportunity of Beautiful countryside construction and the policy of targeted measures in poverty alleviation the two policies to rural incline to develop the B&B hotel industry, is a problem worth meditative. Dongban Village in Taoyuan Town, as the only minority village in Datian, invited a Taiwan leisure agriculture planning team in the village to do a lot of field work and detailed design, making the old village a feeling of Taiwan-style home stay. How to make full use of the rich natural resources and folk custom resource to develop rural B& B hotel industry to drive rural social economic growth and increas farmers' income is an important subject and a thinking direction, thus tourism industry becoming a stable economic growth point of Datian in economic transition period.This article, through literature analysis, questionnaires and analysis for data, analyzes the current status of home stay tourism, find the objective problems and development bottleneck of home stay tourism in the process of development, and find the reasons for these problems. This article is aimed at offering suggestions and countermeasures of B&B hotel industry to promote rural economic effective.
