Our country is an agricultural country, rural population accounts for a large proportion. Improving the quality of life of our country rural area play a significant role in construction of new socialist countryside in china and to promote the full development of the socialistic nation. The article are investigate the rural residents' quality of life in Yuci, using questionnaire survey, field visiting and other means to obtain first-hand information of rural residents living quality. From the economic situation, living conditions, family life, transportation condition, cultural entertainment, health care, and other aspects to describe the present situation of rural area life in Yuci and analysis the rural residents life satisfaction. Through the analysis of life satisfaction of rural residents we know that the situation of the economy is the lowest,satisfaction of family life is the highest. In order to understand the influencing factors of rural residents'quality of life satisfaction, i use Probit model to do the analyse. As a result:the residents' cultural degree, whether agricultural laborer, income, living conditions, family life, the condition of transportation, and health care aspects have very significant impact on rural residents'quality of life satisfaction. Gender, Marital status, age,cultural entertainment, retirement condition village environment, public facilities, public security and evaluate to village cadres have no significant impact on rural residents' quality of life satisfaction. And based on the former description and analysis, Put forward to improve income, increase rural public investment, improve the rural education, improve the village environment, strengthening the rural residents' spiritual civilization construction, improve the social security system and other Suggestions to improve the quality of life in rural areas.
