Research On Logistics Management Of International Project Of XXX Constructin Enterprises

Now, because of the "The Belt and Road" policy, the Chinese construction enterprise has a good opportunity to explore the international market again. New opportunity is coming with a new challenge. The construction enterprise needs to improve the logistics to do international project. This paper research mainly focuses on the international project logistics management based on the construction enterprise, and tries to improve the level of international project logistics management.The XXX construction enterprise is a precursor and leader on international project filed. This paper select it and research on its international project logistics management. The author studies the whole process of project as a logistics process. The purpose of research is to achieve the best efficiency of the international project. This paper puts the project cost control, quality management, safety management, progress management into the logistics management. This forms a new concept of project management to some degree. In this concept, project management is to make the materials to the correct location in the planned time with the safe and good quality. This concept can be called "main logistics" different from the "main technology" and "main business".The research shall systematically analyze the current condition of the international project logistics management, and then find out the problems that hold on the logistics management of the enterprise. After analyzing the problems, the perspective countermeasure shall be proposed, and then the efficiency of the countermeasures shall be verified according to the BPC project completed by the enterprise. In this research, the author designs a closed loop of the international project logistics management process in theory, so that the logistics management can be recycled and improved continuously. Meanwhile, the author evaluates the logistics management of XXX construction enterprises in a systematical way with "balance scorecard", which makes the logistics management improved scientifically.Logistics will become a profit-source. And it will guarantee the international project goes well. The research ideas, research methods and research results of this paper have some value for the construction enterprises which want to explore the international proiect market.
