The Influence Factors Of Children's Theme Farm Development Research Under The Background Of The New Rural Construction

With accelerating the pace of work, rural construction in our country made the rural situation exchanged, urban and rural residents' living standards and income levels have been gradually improved, gradually the sustainable agriculture development and modernization. Leisure agriculture and tourism agriculture in our country are increasingly prosperous and developed. At the same time, along with our country "let go of the two-child policy", the child will be the future of a hot consumer market, more and more industry will also toward the market to help it's development. The theme of Children's farm entering the Chinese market was just in the past two years, and it will gradually combine to the children's economy, the agricultural economy and the overall development of the tourism economy in the direction of advance. The theme of Children's farm can provide children a learning platform with the corresponding agriculture, farmers and rural related knowledge, and can also let the child enjoy outdoor activities while cultivating their independent ability and the ability to learn. So that, children will have fun to learning traditional agricultural history and culture, understand the rural folk customs, and improve the relationship between parents and child in the game and learning platform. But with the increase of children's theme farm, its development and construction are increasingly tend to be the same, so, the question how to promote children's theme farm benign and sustainable development need the operators to consider many.This article studied the children's theme farm with the background of new rural construction, through the methods of literature research, questionnaire survey, qualitative analysis combined with quantitative analysis, we studied which influencing factors related the farms development of Chengdu area. And the author has made on-the-spot interview and questionnaire survey in children's theme farm which are in Chengdu region, then through factor analysis, correlation analysis and multiple factors regression analysis, we has carried on the empirical analysis about which factors affecting the development of children's theme farm.This article's main research conclusion is that the children's theme farm influenced by many factors in the process of its development, and is closely connected with countryside, agriculture and farmers. In this article, through a series of research, the analysis found that in many influence factors, the biggest impact on children's theme farm development are characteristics and satisfaction, the overall environment, folk culture and service, tourists characteristics and festival activities. Those five aspects includes 11 factors, such as characteristics the resources and the characteristics of tourism projects, tourists to the satisfaction of the farmhouse, the distance from the main group, farm tourism resources richness, farm and the surrounding natural environment, the tourist motives of tourists, local customs, culture, tradition, farm fees, service, catering, family structure, age and richness of festival activities.Based on the conclusion of this research in this paper, we put forward some countermeasures and suggestions are:Strengthen the characteristic building of the project in children's theme farm; Promote the development of characteristic farm; Promote the industrial convergence development about the children's theme farm which with the new rural construction under the background; Combining with the all-round market situation, developed to adapt to the market demand of children subject farms; Strengthen children's theme farm related personnel training, improve service quality, etc.
