Sales Performance Management System Redesign For RF Foreign Trade Company

In China the foreign trade companies mostly middle and small companies,they was suppllied job positions,was contributed to the economic increasing,was contributed to technology innovation and social harmony.After the 2008 world econimical crisis,the world purchasing ablity getting lower and lower,but at the same time the Chinese labor cost and other producing materials price level was increased too much,so that the MADE IN CHINA products,especially the labor intensive products exporting business getting harder and harder,even a lot foreign trade companies bankrupted.RF company is one of the millionss companies same as others,export stone and stone carving which also the labor intensive products.After 2008 the company under the pressure of sales volumns hard increasing even getting decreasing,staff wages increasing slower,higer employee mobility than before.In order to solve the above problems,the company always trying to improve the performance system and employment system,hope through the system improving making the company development.This article by means of studying RF company's performance management system,then making a new improved performance system,we hope the other middle or small size foreign trade companies keep as reference.I had studied the theory of process management,the theory of performance appraisal and the theory of motivation etc theories.During study of RF company's performance manage system,through the main business steps find out the key nodes,then extracted the KPI,combine with the MBO,BSC and PIV manage ways,we made the new performance manage system.After 5 months trial operation we improved some KPI.The results prove,from assessing the KPI,it effected the daily works of the sales,that improved the work enthusiasm,we feel that the workers income and companies profit will gradually increasing.
