As the new upsurge of the information revolution, the internet and big data technology have caused a series of changes on business philosophy and financial culture, which challenged the traditional commercial pattern also changed the customers'behaviors. The combination of the internet and finance is growing, by virtue of the big user groups, big databases, cloud computing, social networks, and search engines, the internet firms gradually play roles in banking field.By using the internet and big database, the banking industry is actively extending its ways, updating its services, re-organizing its e-finance system and promoting the process of self-development and innovation. The variety and amount of data grows rapidly with the extension of banking services and the diversification of communications. The commercial banks are devoting themselves to the transition towards informational banks, and their efforts can be listed as follows:finding a good Approach to fully use the advantages of the big data and adapt to the big data age, building a correct data pattern to satisfy the new requirements, further working on solving issues concerning customers' marketing, services and risk management, improving the services and competitiveness. The building of informationized banks is not only an innovation of IT, more importantly, a revolution of management and thought. It is a transformation from the inner banking development to the outer further development, from cutting cost to promoting management Approaches, also from relying on technically Appliance and experiences to deep using the value created by information and data.This paper is a case study base on the coping strategies and big data Appliances of ICBC when facing the informationized transition. The proposals involve the transition of management, the fusion of financial services and "internet+", also the Appliance of big database. By using the data structure and APPlying platform as well as the relative techniques, this paper gives a detailed description of the customers'images and the five-star-classification, furthermore, an analysis on the specific Appliance of big data in the informationized transition of ICBC.The innovation points of this research can be represented as follows:by means of the combination of specific theoretical pattern and practical case, the interaction of big data Appliance and banking management was analyzed; raised the point that big data can play a greater role in the informationized transition of ICBC, etc. All of the points mentioned above can be used as a good reference when it comes to the informationized transition.
