Therefore, if the bank wants to enhance its core competitiveness in the fierce market competition, take a place in the financial industry, we need to be steady,strengthen the internal human resources management and reform and innovation, to minimize the loss due to internal personnel Loss.The paper takes Zhengzhou Branch of ICBC as an example. Firstly, it describes the present situation of Zhengzhou Branch of ICBC. Secondly, it analyzes the characteristics of employees in Zhengzhou Branch, including organizational structure,age, education background and origin. The paper analyzes the current situation and characteristics of the staff turnover of ICBC Zhengzhou Branch, and analyzes the impact of staff turnover on the enterprise recruitment costs, training costs, Quality image, team management, performance loss, negative impact and the same industry competition and other aspects of the practical impact. From the aspects of academic background, age and length of service, the authors collected the statistical data of the sample. Finally lead to reduce the loss rate of corporate employees, from the internal management and staff personal factors on the development of strategies, good corporate culture, staff into management, improve and improve the pay and management system, broaden the promotion channel, do a good career planning and so on.Although the paper object of the study focused on ICBC Zhengzhou Branch, the conclusion of the research is universal, which is a common problem faced by many financial enterprises. Therefore, the author of the study of the problem of staff turnover,not only for the management to provide adequate information feedback, proactive advice to provide guidance to avoid the risk of employee turnover. But also can reduce the staff turnover rate and the company's employment costs, to enhance the company's sales performance helpful. The innovation of this paper is to carry out a sample questionnaire survey on the ICBC employees in 2016, and conduct individual telephone interview to extract the core factors of staff turnover. Under the guidance of human resources theory, the paper puts forward specific strategies.
