In recent years, with the rapid development of the economy, the investment in the scale expansion of enterprises is increasing year by year, How can the quality and performance of procurement equipment achieve the desired effect has become the focus of attention of enterprises. In the whole process of equipment procurement, the part of the equipment did not achieve the desired effect is affected by many factors, brings loss to the enterprise, resulting in the procurement risk, prevention and control of purchasing risk is of great significance for enterprises to improve production capacity and enhance market competitiveness.This thesis will study on QingHua machinery factory Non-standard equipment procurement risk. Firstly, Summary statistics on the problems existing in the procurement of non-standard equipment by Statistical survey and group discussion. Identify and analyze risk, table of risk factors and risk factors. Secondly, Secondly, the qualitative analysis and quantitative calculation methods are used to evaluate the risk, and the risk level is calculated based on the analysis of the risk impact degree and the risk probability. For different types of different levels of risk, develop to avoid, transfer, weakening, acceptance and other different response measures, and to optimize the system process, the establishment of equipment procurement risk prevention and control system. Combined with the non-standard equipment procurement process of QingHua machinery factory, integrate risk management into the process of non-standard equipment purchase management, In order to work better with the actual business, to achieve the ultimate goal of procurement.This thesis is an exploratory study on the application of knowledge management in the process of risk control of non standard equipment purchase.
