At the same time, psychological capital as a human resource management research, enhance the competitiveness of enterprises of new topics by managers and scholars concerned about the study, they recognize that the company's staff mental resources compared to social resources, property resources more easily available, ZK tobacco company face the current difficulties, the development of knowledge-based staff psychological capital for the development of enterprises is very important.Based on the investigation of the intellectual capital of the knowledge workers in thecompany, this paper analyzes the knowledge employees of ZK TobaccoCompany, and then analyzes the psychological capital of the knowledge workers: low interest, low motivation, The prospects for the development of the industry are not optimistic and other issues were elaborated and analyzed; and on this basis to explore such as: socio-economic environment changes, industry development bottlenecks, knowledge workers and business integration, promotion mechanism the cognition of psychological capital to the psychological capital formation and so on. Combined with the actual situation of ZK tobacco company, learn fromChina Mobile Guangdong company's psychological capital appreciation project(PCA), relation with the development of ZK tobacco, focusing on four aspects from the organization of care, psychological care in three aspects ZK tobacco companies to care for the knowledge-based employees, enhance their mental health and psychological capital level, for solve the existing psychological problems. Meanwhile, make sure that the psychological capital appreciation project(PCA) can be implementedin the ZK tobacco company, from the three aspects of system construction, spiritual construction, human resources management of three aspects of knowledge workers psychological capital appreciation model to ensure that psychological capital value-added development model for the development of knowledge workers psychological capital to achieve the objective.The value of this study is that guide the ZK tobacco enterprises in the difficult times how to start from the knowledge-based employees to strategic human resource management as the basis, and continuously enhance the level of intellectual capital of employees of knowledge-based industries, and improve the industry response to the challenges and opportunities brought about by the ability to achieve sustained and healthy development of the industry.
