| For a long time,China’s labor income share is low,which leads to a series of negative effects.This thesis concerns labor income share from 1978 to 2012,including the changing trend,influential factors,the future trend,as well as the appropriate counter measures.This thesis focus on five issues: First,measuring labor income share including nationwide,different regions and different industries from 1978 to 2012,finds these three kinds of income share all have shown dramatic decline.Second,drawing on the experience of adjustment on labor income from Professor Zhang Chewei,which includes employee income and labor income from individual economy,and adjusting the national labor income share,finds the proportion changes between 40% and 50%,and there is a rising trend after 2008.Third,conducting an international comparative study on the share of the labor income,finds the share of employee income in our country is 10% or 20% less than that in developed countries,And the introduction of individual economy labor income does not narrow the gap,but expands the gap by 15% to 25%.Forth,adopting Cobb-Douglas production function to forecast the labor income share from the perspective of China’s labor’s contribution to GDP from 2014 to 2023,finds that China’s income share will reach 61.8% to 66.8% in this stage.Fifth,advancing countermeasures and suggestions,to achieve or exceed the proportion,it is necessary for government to take some actions to attach importance to the protection for workers and strive to promote the development of service industry.At the same time,in order to avoid the defect in previous studies that the research perspective is too single,this thesis adopts a research method,which combines the perspective of the system and the perspective of economy and technology.Through analysis,it is found that changes in China’s labor income share from 1978 to 2012 are caused by the combined factors of the system and economy and technology.In the future,with the deepening reform and further development,roles that related influential factors play in labor income share will change following the trend that the system,as it is continuously improved and stabilized,will weaken its influence on labor income share,while the economy and technology will persist because of the adjustment of industrial structure and the increasing in worker’s contribution to output. |
