Along with the further deepening the reform of the financial system,the competition between financial institutions is also growing,from competition into the competition for talent and technology.How effect of human resource management,it depends on whether to establish a perfect incentive countermeasures.Because it directly decides whether enterprise can be united staff,condensed staff,determines the survival and development of the organization.The agricultural development bank of China is a state-owned policy bank,was founded in November 1994,directly under the leadership by the state council.In recent years,the bank actively carry out the relevant documents,expanding business areas,institutions and personnel quantity also gradually increasing.But at the same time of development,human resource relatively lags behind,the current incentive countermeasures is difficult to excite the work enthusiasms of staff,it is bound to affect the long-term development of the bank.Based on LN province agriculture development behavior research object,this paper take the literature research,questionnaire survey,data statistics analysis,the bank’s incentive to LN province,analyzing the status quo and existing problems and design a set of relatively perfect incentive countermeasures.In the third chapter the nature of the bank paper,personnel,organizational structure,business scope made a general introduction,through the questionnaire and individual interview,grasp the LN province present situation and the inner demand of the bank staff.To develop a suitable LN province won the incentive countermeasures of foundation.The fourth chapter of LN provincial economy.in view of the current incentives to do detailed investigation,in order to further grasp the bank incentives running effect,design the corresponding questionnaire survey.To understand the employees of the bank evaluation of current incentives and the gap between my demand.The fifth chapter is the focus of the paper,according to the employees demand survey and employee satisfaction analysis to the result of the analysis and research,to find out the countermeasures to solve the problem of LN policy incentives.To design a perfect incentive system.The results from this paper study on the bank to perfect the incentive mechanismdeepen the reform and development has positive significance.As well as other Banks’ and similar institutions a comprehensive understanding of the present situation of the employees,motivate employees effectively,improve job performance provides the reference.
