Along with the rapid development of China's economy and the enterprise competition intensifying,traditional enterprise in response to environmental changes,including competitors,government policy and other factors)or organization and operation failure(Dunphy,1996),the result of the strategy,how to take the initiative,at the right moment adjust accordingly becomes crucial(Hoskisson,etc.,2000).Its inherent thinking mode,the traditional enterprise management mode and organization mode has not completely adapt to and accept new environment under the age of the Internet.Therefore,the enterprise to keep competitive advantage in the fierce market competition,must organizational routines update.First of all,the organizational learning as part of the enterprise internal growth,able to fully understand the enterprise main body improve organization on the basis of the status quo,continuously consolidate and promote the competitiveness of the enterprise.Second,in the changing complex competitive environment,the importance of organizational change capability also highlighted increasingly,how to promote the organizational change capability to ascend,it is particularly important to further accelerate the organizational routines update.But,on the three key words,few scholars have focused on organizational learning how to affect organizational routines update through organizational change capability.Therefore,this article in the analysis of previous scholars about organizational learning theory,on the basis of the theory of dynamic capabilities,looking for possible development space and direction,this paper expounds the "organizational learning is how to affect organizational routines update".Therefore,this paper is based on the analysis of previous scholars' relevant theory on organizational learning and organizational change capability to find out the possible direction and space of development,and explain the basic question of"organizational learning is how to affect organizational routines update".Firstly,this paper builds a theoretical framework model of Organizational Learning,Organizational change capability,and Organizational routines update;Secondly,according to the existing mature measurement scales of Organizational change capability,and Organizational routines update,which are revised and integrated into a questionnaire to make a survey of the logistics enterprises in the major cities of Liaoning Province,and analyze 181 valid questionnaires by using SPSS21.0 statistical software,testing the mechanism of interaction between the variables;Finally,this paper summarizes the research conclusions to enrich and extend academic exploration areas of market orientation;giving some decision support and management suggestions on how to improve and enhance the Organizational routines update for China's traditional enterprises which grow up in the fierce dynamic environment.The main conclusions are as follows:firstly,Organizational Learning has a significant positive effect on Organizational Routines Update.Both Learning Commitment,Shared Vision and Open Mind have a significant positive effect on Organizational Routines Update.Secondly,Organizational Change Capability has a significant positive effect on Organizational Routines Update.Thirdly,Organizational Learning has a significant positive effect on Organizational Change Capability.Both Learning Commitment,Shared Vision and Open Mind have a significant positive effect on Organizational Change Capability.Forth,Organizational Change Capability plays an intermediary role in the relationship between Organizational Learning and Organizational Routines Update.The possible innovation points of this paper are mainly embodied in two aspects:(1)The dynamic study of organizational routines currently lack of empirical support,ignore the organizational routines "update mechanism",namely the organizational routines to "search" within the organization practices,the process of self optimization or discard.Based on organizational level,this paper discusses on the organization practices update before the dependent variable,to some extent compensate for the previous organization practices update to the lack of typical defects in statistical sense.(2)In this paper,combining the theory of organizational learning,from a dynamic capability perspective,with organizational learning,organizational change ability as the breakthrough point,using the method of empirical analysis this paper discusses the organizational learning,the relationship between organizational change and organizational practices update and its mechanism of action,which has great significance to the development of traditional enterprise management practice in the future to provide certain reference for guiding role.Based on the above research conclusion,in this paper,the traditional enterprises how to practice to update has three Suggestions:First,to strengthen organization under the premise of learning ability,to speed up the establishment of a learning organization.Second,pay attention to organizational routines to update in the role of enterprise development,in-depth to explore and reveal the important factors that affect organizational routines to update.Third,pay attention to organizational learning combined with organizational change ability.
