With the global economy becomes increasingly nervous,the enterprise has to face to the intensified competition.The enterprise wants to have a longer development,will give staff opportunities and platform.Improving employee's satisfaction and well-being have contributed to achieve goals better.The enterprise will face serious effect in the future if employees lose well-being.This makes the enterprise pay more attention to improve the employees' well-being.However,with a large number of the after 80s 90s go to the society,they are more likely to craft resources and requirements initiatively.Under the influence of the employees'initiative,how to manage employees,and enhance the sense of well-being of the staff is become difficult for enterprise.Therefore,it is an urgent problem to study how to improve the job well-being of the employee.At present,the domestic and foreign scholars for the study of job well-being focused on the individual personality or organization factors and so on,but for the individual behavior and job well-being relationship are relatively few.In view of these,it based on the existing domestic and international literatures,this paper based on the job crafting as the independent variable and work-family enrichment as the intermediary variable,from the perspective of employee's individual behavior combined with job demands resources model study the influence mechanism of job crafting on job well-being.This thesis contains five parts:Chapterl,Introduction.Elaborate the research background,significance,the research,innovation and research framework.Chapter2,Relevant Theory Review.Review and summarize job crafting,work-family enrichment and job well-being.Chapter3,Research Design and Hypothesis.This part according to three variables'literature and then propose the research hypothesis and theoretical model.Chapter4,Data Processing and Analysis.This part of the survey data were processed through data analysis software,contains the descriptive statistics,the reliability and validity analysis of the measurement,examine the research hypothesis and modes by doing the correlation analysis and regression analysis.Chapter5,Research Conclusions and Suggestions.This part summarize the conclusion of this thesis,propose the management suggestions,and descriptive the limitations and outlook for future research.The innovations of this thesis lie in the following two points:firstly,clarifying the relationship between job crafting and job well-being.This paper revealed the different influence that each dimension of job crafting on job well-being.Specially,the dimension increasing challenging job demands correlated most significantly with job well-being,following the dimension increasing social resources.The existing researches on the job influence employee well-being,mostly from the job level,choosing the job related variables to investigate the mechanism of job crafting,such as work engagement and work motivation.But the relationship between proactive behaviour on job well-being is seldom studied in the literature.From the perspective of individual behaviour to study the employees' job well-being,enriching the research on job well-being of antecedents and the mechanism of action.In the future enterprise management,manager can find measures to improve employees' job well-being and help enterprise to obtain competitive advantages and excellent employees.Second,this study finds that work-family enrichment mediates the relationship between job crafting and job well-being.From the perspective of individual behaviour to build and test the job crafting of the impact mechanism model of employee job well-being.The results show that work-family enrichment partly mediates the relationship between job crafting and job well-being.Specially,the four dimensions of job crafting positively contribute to job well-being,work-to-family enrichment and family-to-work enrichment mediates the process of contribution.
