With the continuous prosperity of China's capital market,the scale has been expanding,the service in the capital market of the securities industry has entered a stage of rapid development,of course,the market competition is also fierce competition.First,in the customer's chaNel is king of the times,only firmly grasp the customers and occupy the market,the enterprise can take fate by the throat,go farther.And the occupation of the market share of the enterprise's performance management has played an important role,because the performance management of the staff deeply affects the efficiency and quality of their work.So performance management as the enterprise management process of the basic and key work,more and more attention of enterprise managers.China's securities industry with the rapid development of market economy is growing fast,but at the same time,the rapid development also has many problems,such as small market scale,speculative market efficiency is weak,enterprise performance management problems such as confused.How many of the securities company business department for scientific and reasonable performance management,how to continuously optimize the improvement of performance management mode,not only to promote the enterprise to achieve their business objectives,and fair and reasonable assessment and evaluation of the individual or organization,is a problem plaguing China's securities industry,is also worthy of study in this paper place.In this paper,through the investigation of current situation of G securities company N business department performance management,in-depth analysis of the existing performance management business department N in the process of problems and shortcomings,through the combination of theoretical research and empirical research,interview of behavior event and questioNaire through on the basis of theoretical research,in the Business Department of many securities broker survey at the same time,through the mathematical statistics of scientific and reasonable analysis,find out the main problems existing in the securities business department performance management in the management process,combined with the actual and advanced concepts of performance management at home and abroad,using KPI and BSC combination of performance appraisal methods,the key performance indicators for the leading,the Balanced Scorecard as an assistant performance appraisal,to avoid the disadvantages of the past emphasis on key indicators and ignore the comprehensive appraisal,the performance appraisal management more reasonable and effective,to promote Into the business department of its own development and enhance the value of employees play a greater role in promoting.In this paper,we hope that through the optimization of the performance management of G securities company N business department,it can play a certain reference role to other securities business department performance management optimization problems.
