With the development and popularization of the Internet and mobile Internet technology, as well as the continuous expansion of the scale of Internet users, the development of e-commerce in China is growing. Electronic commerce development for traditional Chinese enterprises caused a great impact and traditional retail entity appeared sluggish development trend. But simply rely on e-commerce, a lot of consumer demand and customer preferences are not met, which is exactly the meaning of the existence of physical stores and further development of the way. China's physical stores to meet the needs of customers, improve the structure of the retail business is still a great guide; there is a great development and improvement of space. Study on customer demand system, customer shopping behavior and physical stores and e-commerce respective characteristics, to explore the path and direction of the development of the store, and store and electronic commerce how to better with the coordinated development, very important research value and practical significance.To develop accurate business strategies to promote the development of the retail stores in the light of consumer demand system and existing problems.
