The constant development and improvement of Internet technology have caused the swift and violent development of e-commerce application, and enterprises are going through an unprecedented change of marketing surrounding. Marketing people could only be succeed once they understand the change of marketing environment and make creative, comprehensive and correct strategy. C2C shows the great side on e-commerce development director and attacks attention from us even she is not the mainstream of the approaches. The recent C2C e-commerce mode is the copy of developed C2C mode from oversea and hasn' t considered the effect from China e-commerce environment. This mode isn' t developing smoothly as there is no theory support on it, either.The paper analyses the China C2C e-commerce marketing in deep on the base of traditional marketing and recent developed theories, comparing some developed modes with recognized experienced C2C websites and the effect from Chinese situation and culture features.
