Application Research Of Company T's Quality Cost Management

Quality cost management is developed together with the Total Quality Management (TQM), which is combined the theory of the cost management and quality management. Quality cost management is pursuing continuing improve the organization's ability of quality guarantee, minimize the total social quality cost, while achieving the target benefit at the same time. Quality cost is also considered as an important tool, measuring the TQM at the organization level.With deeply research on the development of the quality cost management theory and application, and integrated with domestic and foreign research results and views, this tool was bringing in Company T'squality management system.This paper will show our experience while we carrying out this management tool, our suggestions and reminding may give you some help if you are interested with Quality Improvement and Cost Down.Then base on the Company T's Quality Cost Report analysis, together with the actual situation of the company & industries, some findings were listed. With the major findings screened, several projects were founded and proposed targeted improvement measures.Some of the research ispartly showing its value, it comes to be a direct implying of quality management level, it help the precise project improvement and investment, saved the limited resource and help the company's developing and profiting.
