With the development of the market economy, the global market demand uncertainty is increased greatly, increasingly fierce competition between enterprises, more and more enterprises also began to pay more attention to the company's new growth point, hope through the reasonable channel management realize balanced development, for industrial products manufacturing enterprises, the traditional marketing channels has been unable to adapt to the market development, how to establish an effective channel management, improve the operation efficiency of the channel and for market expansion and growth very strategic significance.This paper from the related theory of marketing channel for guidance, to DS-DDS division project channel as the research object, through in-depth analysis and study, summarize the major problems exist in the DDS division project of channel management.
