Study On The New-type Urbanization Impact On Economic Growth

Since 1978, China's economy keep a rapid growth, it's have created a "China miracle" behind the rapid economic development, urbanization play a role in promoting economic growth, urbanization has been an important force promoting the sustained and healthy development. At present, our country is facing economic difficulties in development domestic and foreign, the central timely put forward the "four modernizations synchronization" development strategy, in particular to coordinate the promotion of new-type urbanization to make up for heavy investment our long-standing imbalance in the development of defect light consumption, make full use of new-type urbanization create domestic demand, promote the development of China's economy has become a powerful engine of the new era. For a long time the western region economic development and urban construction have a big gap with the eastern coastal areas, and Shaanxi provinces in the western region as a important provinces to promote the new urbanization and regional economic growth, the western region provinces have some references meaning, this paper selected in Shaanxi Province as the research object.New-type urbanization pay more attention to people urbanization, from the simple pursuit the number of urbanization transition to urbanization quality. Therefore, this article in the study of new-type urbanization impact on economic growth, first defines the new-type urbanization connotation space from four aspects, economic, social and ecological environment, on this basis, then construct a new town turned into a theory for economic growth framework, the role of theory from the perspective of four new urbanization on economic growth. Then, the Shaanxi Provincial level data analysis and regional differences in economic development, followed by the ten cities in Shaanxi Province from 2000-2013. The panel data, tested build variable intercept fixed effects panel data model, whether on economic factors generate growth significantly affected verification. The empirical results show that:the space urbanization and economic effects, urbanization on economic growth significantly, especially in the non-farm economy, urbanization industry accounted the greatest influence coefficient; urbanization and social and environmental impact of, urbanization during the observation period of economic growth small, indicating that new-type urbanization in advancing the process should focus more on efforts to support the social security system and improve the green industry. Finally, according to empirical results of this paper, the corresponding policy recommendations, hoping to be able to Shaanxi Province and the western region how to continue to promote the new-type urbanization construction to promote economic growth to provide a reference.
