Research On The Staff Training System Of Warehouse Distribution Center Of JD

With the development of social economy,the importance of enterprise to the logistics is gradually increasing,especially for electronic business enterprise,logistics has become an important factor restricting enterprise development and service quality promotion.However,In accordance with the general shortage of logistics personnel in the development of enterprises,therefore,how to build enterprise logistics personnel training system,as well as the training of enterprise needs of the logistics personnel,is an urgent problem to be solved.The JD Group was founded in 1998.It is a B2 C e-commerce platform for online retail of goods of private enterprise groups.This article through to the JD to conduct investigations in warehousing and distribution center in Beijing of Tongzhou District,were collected and arranged on the storage and distribution center staff training data,this study,overall analysis framework of the theory in the training of human resources,to find the current JD in the storage and distribution center in the training problem,cause analysis and,on the basis of the design of the matching and the development strategy of JD and warehouse distribution center business training system and training support system.In this paper,we emphasize the role of specialized training organizations and the significance of the group's development strategy for the training work.
