The Research On The Development Of Agricultural Circular Economy In Yuncheng

The Fifth Plenum of the 18th Central Committee of the Communist Party of China emphasizes the industry need come true green,low-carbon, circular development. Agricultural circular economy is an important way of promoting the development of modern agriculture. Yuncheng is a traditional agricultural area in Shanxi Province. As the agricultural demonstration area, it was identified as "National Standardization Construction of circular economy pilot" in 2010. Although the agriculture of yuncheng made a big progress, but the overall situation still belongs to the traditional agricultural extensive growth mode. To develop its agricultural economy better, reduce emissions, save resources, improve the agricultural sustainable development ability, we must Research on the Development of Agricultural Circular Economy in Yuncheng.Based on the study of domestic and foreign agricultural circular economy theory and practice, and on the basis of field investigation, the article summarizes the current situation of the agricultural circular economy in yuncheng. Using analytic hierarchy process to establish evaluation index system of yuncheng agriculture circular economy, the article is evaluated comprehensively for the development of 2005-2014 agricultural circular economy in yuncheng and compared with development of Shanxi Province, the national. And further it uses factor contribution ratio for quantitative analysis. According to the results, the developmental level of agriculture circular economy is rising during the evaluation period in yuncheng,and has been higher than that of the development of Shanxi Province and the national level. The ecological environment quality safety and resource reduction input was the main obstacle factors of the development. Specifically,the obstacle factors include agricultural production resources to excess, ecological consciousness, negative impacts on urbanization and industrialization, science and technology is not perfect, the worker's quality and the level of science and technology is on the low state as a whole, the low degree of agriculture organization scale, government financial investment is not big and so on. Finally.the article put forward some suggestiongs to promote the Development of Agricultural Circular Economy in Yuncheng and make the Yuncheng have a demonstration role in driving development of agricultural circular economy in Shanxi Province and even the whole country.The suggestiongs include strengthening propaganda work, improving peasant quality, strengthening the support of science and technology, innovating development mode, expanding the scale of organization, intensify support and so on.
