However previous individual cultivation, can’t satisfy people’s needs, how to enable agriculture to have greater development, has become the urgent need to solve the problem. In order to adapt to the development of The Times, agricultural industrialization management arises at the historic moment. Development of agricultural industrialization has become China’s current rural economic development dominated, it is the key to solve the subsistence farmers and improve the income factors, so we must fully understand important position and role of agricultural industrialization, it for promoting the transition of the agricultural structure, improving on competitiveness of agricultural products has played a huge role in promoting.XiYang county is a typical agricultural county in the mountains. " 15" since, xiyang large agricultural county in specialty construction and the farmers’income doubled as the goal, with the consideration of the characteristics of mountainous area agriculture through planning guidance, demonstration and policy support, in driving innovation forms of management, strengthening infrastructure and technology support, walked out of a unique agricultural industrialization road, one of DaZhai Village is with the advantages of itself to the development of agricultural production. XiYang in agricultural industrialization had gone on to more than ten years, basic pattern has been built. In this decade, although xiyang got to vigorously develop the rural economy, people’s living standards have greatly improved, but XiYang county agricultural industrialization development road also exposed many problems and defects, restricting the development of productivity.In this paper, first of all, from the perspective of the agricultural industrialization management background, this paper introduces the agricultural industrialization of necessity, and then combined with the related research progress at home and abroad, introduces the current development of agricultural industrialization, and objective evaluation of the efficiency of industrialization development. Second deep understanding of agricultural industrialization management related theory laid a theoretical basis for this article. Then introduce some successful cases of agricultural industrialization in developed countries, to summarizes some experience worthy of reference and learn from them in order to provide reference value to the xiyang county agricultural industrialization development. Finally analyzed development status of xiyang county agricultural industrialization management, the problems existing in the process of xiyang county industrialization and put forward corresponding countermeasures, in order to look forward to better promote the development of xiyang county agricultural industrialization health, realize agricultural modernization.
