| All the counties in Lu'an area are poor ones of China, Agriculture proportion of GDP is over 30 percent (except Huoshan County). Agricultural industrialization is benefit to get rid of poverty. There are seven chapters in this paper centered in the role of government. In chapter 1, connotation of agriculture industrialization and its importance is presented; In chapter 2, basic theories are presented, including economic analysis of agriculture industrialization, government roles in agriculture industrialization, operating mechanism of agriculture and its running patterns. In chapter 3, the advantages and disadvantages are analyzed, and present situation is represented. In chapter 4, Using Huoshan and Shouxian as examples, development orientations of agricultural pillar industry are pointed out. In chapter 5, the reasons that ordered agriculture is difficult to carry out is analyzed and its resolutions are represented, and in this chapter, this paper put forward the issues of cultivating leading enterprises in agriculture industrialization, and reasons of financing difficulties are analyzed and its resolutions are put forward. |
