Since the reform and opening-up,the manufacturing industry has developed rapidly and become the major forces in national economic development.With the fast development of information technology,the economic condition and social environment changes accordingly.Nowadays,the competition in the world is becoming fiercer.The survival and development of the manufacturing industry are closely related to their employees which are playing a more and more important role in the process of enterprise development.They are the direct creators of the enterprise profits,the valuable human resources,and the vital factor of the enterprise development.So,how to improve the common staff's job satisfaction,reducing the rate of common staff turnover.How to maintain the stability of common staff and effectively encourage enterprise employees,cultivating their loyalty to the enterprise,to reach their potential in the production and management services of the company.All those factors has become the main subjects of modern human resource management.If one enterprise wants to achieve maximum profit and healthy long-term development,they must pay attention to their employees' job satisfaction.If employees' job satisfaction is low,their working attitude,as well as enthusiasm will be surly affected.Only when their job satisfaction is high enough,they will put more efforts to produce high quality products in order to complete the work with high efficiency,so as to create more wealth for the enterprise.Therefore,for enterprises,we must attach great importance to common staff's job satisfaction.In this paper,it uses JS Group common employees as the research object,using literature reading method,questionnaire survey,interview,descriptive analysis,factor analysis and difference analysis and some other research methods.It also learns from experience and study on improving the job satisfaction from home and abroad.Based on the analysis of the questionnaire,this paper studied the current situation of the job satisfaction of JS group common employees,and found out the problems in the job satisfaction of common employees,discussed the influencing factors of job satisfaction.And it also offer some advices in how to improve staff satisfaction,to control the common employees' turnover effectively,so as to mobilize the enthusiasm of the worker and reduce labor costs and management consumption in order to provide the basis and reference for the sound and fast development of the same industry enterprises and the staff management.
