As an important enterprise management method,process management have been gradually recognized and applied by more and more enterprises,process management theory has made great progress and continues to mature.However,different companies may adopt different process management model,design different process management framework As a state-owned and military background company,Company A is a diversified and multinational group,under various types of industrial units,it has a complex management structure of industry,there has been a lack of process management framework,processes operating mechanism imperfect.In order to improve operational efficiency,we need to continue to promote the flow system,where,and how to design process management framework for the implementation of process management is very important part of the need for conforming to actual characteristics of the process framework to draw enterprises to implement effective process management,in order to achieve good management results.In this dissertation,we study Company A,for example,how the group enterprise design his process management framework and find his path and methods of how to advance process management.Using the "Rule of Thirds",we can segment the Company A 's business processes into strategic processes,business process management and support processes.Dissertation focuses on research and design of business management support process framework,involving human,financial,risk control,investment and financing,information technology,reform and innovation,quality management,EHS,external relationship management,integrated support a total of 10 key management support activity and further detail human resources management process,for example,until the specific operational aspects.Dissertation also discusses the research of A company promoting the actual process management in choosing the path and methods,and other risks and response measures.First of all,This dissertation introduces the theory of process management and process framework,carding and summarize the main method of process classification,then introduce the current situation and problems of Company A in the management process,and found the Necessity and Urgency of Company A on implementing process management.Secondly,the dissertation design process management framework by using the "Rule of Thirds" according to the actual management status of Company A,among them,the connotation of management support processes are described and discussed in detail;Next,a further decomposition of human resource management process improvement,to form a complete HR management processes list.Finally,the dissertation introduce many tools and methods for the A company taking to promote the implementation of process management,reveals the risks that may be present and response measures on implement process management.
