The Study On Risk Management Of Loan Projest Of Hong Yan He Nuclear Power Station In The Postal Savings Bank Of China

With the development of China economy, growing demand for electricity,the expansion of electricity sales market has stimulated the development of theelectric power production. The nuclear power as a clean energy, the main direction in the future is the power of structural adjustment, the scale of investment will be much higher than the conventional power plant. The national strategy for the development of nuclear power by the "appropriate development" to "positive development". In this context, China nuclear energy will get very good development opportunity,therefore the commercial banks on loans to supportthe nuclear industry has intensified, and the nuclear power industry because ofits special location technology and strategic emerging industry, as the bank for the loan there are certain risks. In this case, the risk of bank loan is systematically studied, make it become an important measure to adapt to the economic system reform and economic development, has a certain theoreticalsignificance and practical value. In this paper, based on previous analysis, firstly,then the Hongyanhe Nuclear Power Plant background information and analyzes the problems brought reference for project loans; secondly, the use of economicand non economic analysis of economic risk and non economic risk on Hongyanhe Nuclear power project loans;finally, control combined with the previous analysis Hongyanhe loan project power plant nuclear risk monitoringand the postal savings bank to make a simple analysis of risk.
