Its evelopment model determines the optimization of industrial structure and the way of economic development. Finding the road of high effective agricultural development which is suitable for the local situation is of great practical significance.Chongqing city has the advantage of location and the ecology of the reservoir area, and Chongqing city has formed the trend of the development of high effective agriculture. The investment in scientific research of high effective agriculture is also increasing, which makes the Chongqing city have the potential of the development of high effective agriculture. At the same time, the formulation and introduction of relevant policies state of the state and Chongqing municipal government, the transformation of agricultural structure in Chongqing City and the broad prospects for the development of the agricultural market for the development of agriculture in Chongqing city has brought opportunities. In this paper, the feed, bio medicine, pig farming, organic food, leisure and tourism are regarded as one of the five pillar industries. Business scope covers research and development, production, sales, professional pig and organic agricultural technology training, the whole industry chain of comprehensive agricultural enterprises virtue group as an example. From the perspective of agricultural enterprises, a model in line with the development of high efficiency agriculture should be explored in Chongqing city.In this paper, the concept and connotation of efficient agriculture were sorted out. Based on the connection and difference between high efficiency agriculture and traditional agriculture, ecological agriculture and characteristic agriculture, the concept and characteristics of high effective agriculture were discussed.At the same time, the theory and model of efficient agricultural development are summarized through the analysis of the relevant literature about the development of high efficiency agriculture in China. Situation of agricultural development in Chongqing City is also anglicized. The degree of development of high-efficiency agriculture is measured from the agricultural labor productivity, land productivity, agricultural product commodity rate of agricultural products and the consumption growth rate of four indicators, also pointing out that the development of high-efficiency agriculture in Chongqing city has made achievements and challenges.In this paper, we analyze the high effective agricultural development model of the successful case group, Virtue group. At first, the paper introduces the specific circumstances of Virtue group and emphatically introduces the characteristics of the efficient agricultural development model of Chongqing Virtue group:good industrial structure, reasonable industrial layout; innovative industrialization road, the virtue of pig production and marketing; the integration of capital, promotion of industrial development; establishing product quality traceability system, the highly centralized supervision mode of production and sales business; new market development model. Through the virtue group, agricultural development mode is used the SWOT analysis, summed up the experience of development of efficient agriculture, and puts forward some feasible suggestion from the four angles of government, enterprise, market and farmers to develop high-efficiency agriculture in Chongqing city. |
