With the rapid development of economic,the competition within the enterprise is fiercer and fiercer.Especially the development of small and medium-sized enterprises have also been unprecedented pressure.At present,most enterprises are facing the problem of how to enhance the core competitiveness of small and medium enterprises,how to motivate employees,improve work enthusiasm,give full play to the existing human,financial,material and other information resources,improve the management level of enterprise,enhance the competitiveness of enterprises.In conclusion,It is necessary to improve and optimize the performance management system which is suitable for the company's own characteristics.Hence,it is meaningful to investigate the Performance Management System for a lot of companies and solve their existed problems.With the theoretical guide of performance management assessment concepts,typology and evaluation methodology,the paper analyzes the main problems existing in the performance appraisal system of D electronic company.We find that company's performance management evaluation does not have definite goals,the indicator is not scientific and the communication during the evaluation is insufficient.It is essential to establish a performance appraisal system for the long –term development of the company.We propose a design for company's performance management assessment system,including theories of key performance indicators and the balanced scored card.The new performance evaluation indicators are very balanced.To ensure the effective implementation of D electronic company performance appraisal system,we establish a good communication and feedback system.In a word,as the empirical research achievements from improvements from D Electronics company shows,We believe that the proposed system of performance assessment in the paper may benefit the performance assessment of enterprises like D Electronics company...
