At the same time, the main factors that affect the development of maize industry are analyzed, from the micro level, to explore the impact of technological progress and corn production cost on the development of maize industry. From the macro factors, the impact of agricultural structure adjustment, corn industry policy, agricultural economic cooperation organization and other factors on the corn industry is analyzed.The results show that the production scale is small, the overall efficiency is poor, the yield level is low, the quality does not meet the market demand, and the low level of deep processing and conversion are the main problems in the development of maize industry in Suihua city. And stimulate farmers using new technology will, increasing the number of agricultural extension personnel, improve the agricultural extension personnel quality to optimize the quality of corn has a positive effect; to improve the international competitiveness of maize through reducing the production cost of corn, promote corn sales. Finally, through the problems in the development of the corn industry in Suihua and the factors that affect the development of the corn industry, the policy suggestions on the economic development of maize industry in Suihua are put forward.
