Since joining WTO, the major commercial banks go public one after another, the development of the financial market system is gradually improved, the overall level of financial services of Chinese commercial banks has been gradually improved, theconceptofinnovative is more advanced. Major banks inChina are seeking developmentinnovation, product innovation has made great development in quality, efficiency, quantity. However, survey of the development of international banking industry, the traditional advantages of commercial banks are gradually weakened, the boundaries between financial institutions increasingly blurred.After the subprime crisis of the United States, the international banking industry is facing great pressure. As a result, products have been turning to the new focus of domestic commercial competition.Competitions in current global economic and financial situation JS banks are facing are complicated and changeable, between the banks and the Tencent, the Alibaba gradually upgrade different industry and enterprise market competitions, in a rapidly changing market, how to deal with the market demand for financial products, how to achieve rapid innovation, improve the ability of innovation is still a question to be studied.This article based on the theory of bank product innovation.First,this paper introduces the current situation of financial product innovation management and product innovation of H bank JS branch. Then analyze the problems of the product innovation, product advantages are not obvious, product innovation efficiency is low, the lack of overall product innovation, product innovation, such as lack of vitality.Then detailed analysis of the causes of the problem, mainly reflected in the lack of innovation mechanism, innovation management extensive, technical innovation lags behind, the talent team building needs to be strengthened and so on. In this paper, the beneficial exploration on the product innovation of Chinese and foreign financial enterprises, including in the construction of innovation mechanism, innovation management, technology innovation and personnel training, to provide a basis for product innovation JS bank H branch.Finally,combined with the new product development process management, product life cycle theory, the theory of project management, product manager theory, financial innovation theory, financial services marketing theory,through the comparison and reference of domestic and foreign banks innovation experience, innovation management,this paper puts forward some detailed countermeasures andsuggestions for the product innovation management of JS bank H branch.This study for the elimination of factors restricting the JS bank H branch of product innovation management development, improve the product innovation management level and the level of product innovation, and constantly develop to adapt to all kinds of customer needs with economic value and competitive products, it has a positive theoretical value and practical significance to enhance the core competitiveness of banks.
