| Rural tourism plays a very important role in boosting the rural economy. Rural tourism cooperatives, ecological civilization village farmhouse and other forms of rural tourism concept have been carried out. And different forms of development continued to become collaborated. A number of well-known rural tourism brand come into being. However, since the development of rural tourism started late, without strong support from the government, the current rural tourism is still in the primitive stage. If we can learn from Korea’s rural tourism policy, combined with China’s reality, and introduce a series of comprehensive rural tourism development policies, it must be able to accelerate the development of rural tourism.With the rapid economic development in Korea after World War Ⅱ, urban industrialization brought the quality life to urban residents, but also affected the rural area. Many villages became more impoverished and peasants migrated into the cities. Villages lost their former vitality. To help rural residents to overcome this difficulty, and to help farmers increase their income, the Korean government issued a series of preferential policies, making great efforts to support rural tourism. Since 1984, under the advocacy of the South Korean government, a large number of rural tourism projects was developed, for example, the "green countryside experience" campaign, "the traditional village" activities sponsored by the rural Development Administration, "farm residential" activity held by the agricultural Cooperative Federation organization and so on. Those comprehensive policies issued by the government greatly improved the rural landscape, making Korea rural tourism an important engine of economic development, while improving the income of farmers. We should learn from it.
