As integration of global economic, dependence between different countries has been promoted and competition is increasingly fierce. In order to eliminate barriers, conflicts existed in the international market, “standardization” is mentioned by more and more countries and international organizations. In the context of global economic marketization, standardization of different industries has become an extremely important strategy to enrich people and increase power in our country. The start of tourism industry is relatively late in our country, but with rapid development of marketization process, it has become an important part of the third industry. At present, through implementing strategy of tourism industry standardization, tourism standardization has been extended to the third batch of pilot work, involving many provinces and cities. Standardization of tourism is an indispensable basic work in the development of tourism economy, thus research in this essay owns important theoretical and realistic meaning.This paper analyzes current situation and problems of tourism development in our country, discussing the importance of tourism standardization. Through reading and studying literature, it combs standardization of tourism services at home and abroad. This essay elaborates related concepts and basic theory of tourism standardization and analyzes development of it. It expounds current situation of our country's tourism standardization development, application and its relationship with the enterprise performance. At the same time, analyzing problems existing in the construction and implementation of tourism standardization, namely effect on enterprise economic and management benefit is not pretty clear. In order to solve this problem, this essay conducts research from two aspects: one is from tourism standardization construction to promote front line personnel work efficiency and service quality, the other is from how to improve scientific management decisions based on informatization construction in management decision-making departments.First of all, this essay analyzes the path of promoting front line personnel work efficiency and service quality by tourism standardization construction: it uses fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to construct performance evaluation index system of employees in tourism enterprise according to standardization and basic requirements of different posts. In order to improve staff's work enthusiasm and initiative, the company should relate assessment of employee performance to actual performance wages, it uses results of the evaluation system to construct performance index, thus forming employee performance salary. It is this method that can motivate and supervise staff to perform according to standardization, and then improve enterprise efficiency.Secondly, one of the basic requirements of standardization construction is information system which can provide massive data, and it analyzes core elements which have effect on tourism enterprises, namely law of tourist, so that manager can make more scientific and reasonable decisions. This paper will analyze it from two aspects. First static analysis is carried out on tourism market, and it studies characteristics of tourism market structure, such as tourists' behavior choice, tourists' hometown, tourists' age composition and tourists' travel purpose. Second, it studies “seasonal law” of tourist market with change of season, rest hours and holidays. It includes the law of different times on every day, different days in each week, different months in each year and different seasons of each year. By calculating different laws of "season index", it predicts tourists' number so that managers can make more reasonable and beneficial decisions.Thirdly, this essay uses massive data provided by user feedback system and through establishing Bayesian decision model, analyzes main reason of events which companies don't want to happen. By doing so managers can improve services with a purpose, and reduce reason which can lead to complaints, thus deceasing complaints and increase customer satisfaction, so as to win competition in the fierce market and market economy.In the end, it conducts empirical study of M enterprise, using above measures effectively will benefit implement of standardization, organizational behavior, improve employees' work efficiency, improving management level, ensuring quality of service, building credibility, establishing good service image, improving overall quality of enterprises, mining internal potential and realizing scientific management of enterprise, thus promoting enterprise performance.
