Research On Performance Management System Of H Corporation

Along with the awareness of the importance of performance management is arose for the enterprise in our country,how to effectively assess the performance of enterprise staff and effectively improve the enthusiasm and creative potential of the staff became a important direction for the development of enterprises.State owned enterprises are facing the need to cope with the changing international economic environment as the pillar of the national economy.So how to enhance the management level of performance management for state-owned enterprise,has become a most important problem to be solved.H corporation is a plasticity and young company as a domestic provincial state-owned enterprise.It has the foundation for the implementation of performance management.Any achieved effect through effective performance management methods change could be a good reference for the state-owned enterprises.This paper study from the basic theory of performance management and a comprehensive analysis of the problems existing in the performance management of state-owned enterprises.Advanced performance management theory and methods are summarized.By analyzing the operation and structure characteristics of H enterprises,feasibility of improving the performance management system based on KPI method is determined.The improved performance management system framework is established according to the characteristics of KPI performance management method.At the same time,problems in H corporation original performance management have been studied and summarized.Some methods have been taken to avoid the impact from the habit of state-owned enterprises.So the effect of KPI performance management could be assured.
